This internship is for May-August 2026.

Education and Experience

To be successful, a candidate should possess:

• Rising sophomore or junior students pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.  The ability to communicate effectively on various levels, verbally and in writing is essential
• Must be able to work independently and within a group
• Excellent capability with Microsoft Office
• Strong command of the English language in both written and verbal communication

Principal Duties

Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:

• Vendor requisition creation
• Customer quotes transferred from WebCRM to SAP quote
• Field Service quotes, acknowledging, and billing time and material
• Billing request to AP for smelt pumping & issuing parts to the project
• Updating WebCRM with AFR data collected from project managers monthly
• Misc other tasks as requested
